Zielona Góra is a dynamically growing region which attracts many investors from Poland and abroad. In response to the growing demand for warehouse space, Panattoni is offering in Park Zielona Góra I and II seven modern class A warehouse buildings totalling more than 137,000 sqm.

Panattoni Park Zielona Góra I and II are the developer’s third project in the Lubuskie voivodeship, and at the same time the first multi-tenant facility. The projects delivered to date are BTS facilities for Faurecia in Gorzów Wielkopolski and for Ideal Automotive in Zielona Góra.

Panattoni Park Zielona Góra comprises seven buildings with a total space of more than 125,000 sqm. The units can be adapted flexibly, so that the park can comply with the requirements of customers representing diverse industries. The park is located in the direct vicinity of the Lubuski Industrial and Technological Park.
