Panattoni Park Poznań IV is a project consisting of three warehouse buildings, featuring modern class A space, suitable for warehousing as well as light manufacturing.
Panattoni Park Poznań IV is located in the Komorniki commune near Poznań between important junctions of A2/S11 motorway connecting Berlin and Warsaw - the "Poznań-Zachód" junction and the "Komorniki" Junction. Whereas the planned S5 road located nearby is going to connect Grudziądz and the A1 motorway and the following agglomerations: Bydgoszcz, Toruń, Poznań and Wrocław, locally constituting the eastern Poznań bypass which will eventually help move truck transit outside the city and allow speedy product supplies to reloading hubs in Poland and Germany.
The Park is situated close to the A2 motorway (between the "Komorniki" Junction and the "Poznań Zachód" Junction) and its intersection with S11 national expressway and national road no. 5 to Wrocław, and near the planned eastern S5 Poznań bypass.
Thanks to the close proximity of the city and extensive public transportation infrastructure, the facility's location makes for easy access to a qualified labor pool from the agglomeration with the population of 650,000.
