Project developer Panattoni Europe is to create an innovative business park in the capital. The “City Dock” will be created in Berlin Spandau, only a few kilometres away from Berlin’s city centre.

Panattoni Europe, industrial real estate leader in Europe, recognises the growth potential of the Kujawy-Pomerania region and develops another park there – Panattoni Park Bydgoszcz II. The project featuring in excess of 40,000 sqm of useful floor area lies just 3 km from the city’s bypass, and 5.3 km from the city centre. The construction of the new park is set to commence in September, and the first tenants will be able to move in in Q1 2020.

The 13,000-square-metre project was delivered in Stargard at the High Technologies Industrial Park and is a prime example of a manufacturing facility relocation project. The production of hydraulic cylinders will get going at full steam already in the coming August.

Panattoni Europe, industrial real estate leader in Europe, embarks on the largest project in the Warsaw region. The new facility, A2 Warsaw Park, will total 102,500 sqm of space and will be located next to the Grodzisk Mazowiecki Junction and the A2 motorway. The first tenant has already been secured – Raben Logistics Polska, taking up 30 per cent of the space. Project completion is planned for Q1 of 2020.
