Panattoni Park Gdańsk IV, with 41,500 sqm planned at full build-out, is only 4 km away from the Port of Gdańsk and the deepwater container terminal DCT Gdańsk, and the first tenants will be able to move into it already in the coming August.

The dilapidated premises of the former trolleybus factory near Ostrov in the Karlovy Vary region are slowly turning into the new Panattoni Park Ostrov – North industrial zone. The industrial space developer Panattoni Europe has started preparatory work to rehabilitate and revitalize the area where it plans to build 120,000 sqm of lettable industrial area and to create up to 1,000 new jobs for the Karlovy Vary region and its surroundings.

Logistics real estate developer Panattoni Europe has completed the second building phase of a logistics facility located in Überherrn in Saarland within six months and handed it over to Dachser. Panattoni already built a logistics complex for Dachser with 11,193 square metres in 2016. This complex has now been extended by a hall with an area of 19,156 square metres including recreational and office areas.

Panattoni Europe, market leader in industrial real estate, commenced the construction of a new distribution centre – Park Warsaw South. The investment was inaugurated by CTDI by symbolically turning the first sod for the construction of its headquarters. The ceremony took place on 14 June, and representatives of the developer, tenants and local authorities took part in it. Completion of this part of the investment is anticipated in February 2019. The lease transaction was mediated by the advisory firm JLL.

Panattoni Europe takes number one for the second year running in the Top Property Developers ranking by PropertyEU Magazine. In 2015-2017, the company delivered more than 3.8 million sqm of warehouse space.

According to PropertyEU’s latest Top Property Developers ranking, Panattoni Europe has defended its position of the most active and largest industrial developer in Europe. From 2015 to 2017, it marketed 3.8 million sqm of industrial space, increasing the record development of 2.71 million sqm from the period 2014–2016 by 41%. Panattoni Europe is planning to construct additional buildings, offering a total area of 13.1 million sqm to state-of-the-art facilities by 2020.

Panattoni Europe sells another logistics facility – Panattoni Park Warsaw West V totalling 70,000 sqm. The buyer is a Dutch company, for whom this is the first investment in the Polish warehouse market.

Panattoni Europe, industrial real estate leader in Europe, is developing another warehouse facility for an e-commerce business. This time it is expondo Polska, who will take up 30,000 sqm at Panattoni Park Zielona Góra, currently under development. The tenant will be able to move into the complex already in the coming October.

The rapid expansion of Panattoni Park Pilsen West near Nýřany in the Pilsen Region is continuing. Panattoni Europe, the leading industrial developer in Europe, has delivered the fifth hall totalling more than 13 000 m2 and has handed over half of it to the tenant, International Automotive Components (IAC). The world’s leading car interior supplier will be producing innovative injection molded dashboard insulation in the new factory and will create 80 new jobs for permanent staff in the region.
