Panattoni Europe, Poland’s leader in the industrial property market, has embarked on the project to build the central warehouse for the building and home design retail chain, OBI. The BTS facility with close to 50,700 sqm will be delivered near Łódź, in the Nowosolna commune. Its development has been divided into two stages – with the first one scheduled for completion in November 2017.

The industrial developer Panattoni Europe is constructing a new fulfillment center for international logistic company DHL Supply Chain in Cheb. Up to 200 people from the Cheb region and the neighbourhood will find a new job in a building comprising 30 000 sqm. The client plans to store productsfor a leading cosmetics producer and distributor. The investor should start its operation at the beginning of next year.

The industrial developer Panattoni Europe in cooperation with CBRE are constructing a new logistic hall for the Belarus company Alutech, producer of rollshutters components and sectional doors which will lease the new facility for storing aluminium structures near the town of Pilsen. Panattoni Europe, leader of the industrial property market in Poland, launched the courier parcel distribution center project for GLS Poland. This cross-dock facility will cover approx. 7,600 sqm and is being developed in the BTS and BTO formula in Janki near Warsaw. Execution of the project officially commenced on 20 July and the actual project start-up is scheduled for February 2018.

Panattoni Europe, Poland’s leader in the industrial property market, has signed a lease with Compin – a French manufacturer of components for the transportation industry. The new BTS manufacturing facility will be developed in Łódź and will total nearly 11,000 sqm. Construction works on the project will commence this August. The term of the lease is 10 years, and the transaction was mediated by the advisory agency JLL.

Panattoni Europe, Poland’s leader in the industrial property market, has signed a lease with Multidekor, maker of professional ornaments and festive lighting solutions for cities and shopping malls. The transaction covers 22,600 sqm of warehouse and production space at the planned Panattoni Park Konotopa II. The development is set to commence this autumn, and will be completed in April 2018.

Panattoni Europe recognised as the leader of the build-to-suit (BTS) industrial space sector in Central and Eastern Europe in the 2017 edition of the CEE Manufacturing Excellence & Industrial Property Awards. The firm came out on top in three categories: Developer of the Year, BTS Project of the Year under 20,000 sqm and BTS Project of the Year over 50,000 sqm. The awards ceremony took place on 22 June 2017 at the InterContinental Hotel Warsaw.

The industrial developer Panattoni Europe constructed an A-class warehouse building for Raben Logistics in Žebrák in Central Bohemian region. Raben plans to store popular everyday goods such as sweets, alcohol and dog food. The total area of the new premises is 24 000 sqm under one roof. Representatives of both companies were present during the official opening of this new logisitcs warehouse during which Raben showed its clients where their goods will be stored in upcoming years.

After the announcement that Jago AG has become insolvent, Panattoni Europe, the current manager of the logistics centre in the industrial estate “Industriepark Rurtal” near Hückelhoven is optimistic regarding the further occupation of the logistics facility. The industrial developer Panattoni Europe in cooperation with CBRE is contucting a new logistic hall for the wholesale tires seller TirexTyre near Pavlov in Kladno region. It will be the third building within the recently opened industrial zone Panattoni Park Prague Airport II. The company will store tires for the Czech market inside a hall including 15 000 sqm.
