Panattoni Europe, the logistics real estate developer and investor, is commencing three new logistics project developments with a total space of more than 50,000 square metres in top sought-after commercial locations in Germany

In the Bulwiengesa Germany Rankings, published today, Panattoni Europe is ranked as the second largest logistics property developer in the German market. The logistics real estate development and investment company which operates throughout Europe is on course for further growth, and during the period under review by the Bulwiengesa Study 2011-2015 completed more than 250,000 square metres of logistics space including new buildings in Germany.

Panattoni Europe, Poland’s leader in industrial real estate, has announced the lease of three warehouse facilities totalling 42,526 sqm by Raben Logistics Polska. The investment will be carried out at Panattoni Park Grodzisk III. Construction works are scheduled to commence in late September / early October 2016, and to finish in December 2017. The transaction was mediated by BNP Paribas Real Estate.

Panattoni Europe, Poland’s leader in industrial real estate, has laid the cornerstone to mark the beginning of the construction of a logistics centre for Sanden Manufacturing Poland. The investment featuring approx. 6,500 sqm is underway in Polkowice, next to the existing manufacturing plant, with which it will be connected by a passageway. The contract was brokered by the international advisory firm Colliers International.

The company Tchibo Prague has introduced in Panattoni Park Cheb, during the Topping out Ceremony, the 1st part of the distribution centre, which will serve online customers from CEE region and South part of Germany. Currently, the total rentable area has reached 39 000 sqm which will be shortly extended to 73 000 sqm after completion, the premises will become the 2nd largest logistics hall ever constructed in the territory of the Czech Republic after the distribution centre of Amazon ...

Panattoni Europe, Poland’s leader in industrial real estate, is to deliver a custom-tailored project for Trio Line, the Danish manufacturer of high-end upholstered furniture commissioned by designers and interior decorators. The investment spanning more than 32,200 sqm of space will be developed near Poznań and will merge warehousing and manufacturing functions. The transaction was mediated by AXI IMMO, and completion of the facility is planned in Q1 2017.
