Panattoni Park Toruń II is a new landmark on the map of Panattoni Europe’s distribution centres. The facility situated north-east of Toruń city, will consist of two buildings totalling 57,000 sqm of space.
The regions of Kuyavia and Pomerania are traversed by major transport corridors, including road-, rail- and waterways. The A1 motorway constitutes the region’s transport backbone, making for fast travel to the container terminals of Gdańsk and Gdynia and, via the A2 motorway, to both the eastern and western borders of the country. The motorway is assisted by an elaborate network of road, rail and water thoroughfares.
The park offers modern class A warehouse space. Warehouse units can be flexibly adapted to the needs of customers representing various industries, including manufacturing. With the Tenants’ convenience in mind, the facility has been provided with modern office spaces, convenient service yards and parking facilities. The buildings are BREEAM-certified.
Panattoni Park Toruń II finds itself in Northern Poland, next to the pivotal A1 motorway, which guarantees excellent conditions for local and national distribution. The proximity of the city provides for an inflow of employees, including specialised managerial staff.
The location is in Toruń, just 10 km from the city centre, and 2 km from the Lubicz junction, connecting the A1 motorway and S10 route in the direction of Warsaw.
