IFA Rotorion is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of drive shafts, joints and other components used by the best-known car makers, such as Mercedes Benz, Ford, Volkswagen, GM, BMW, Porsche and Ferrari.
The blueprints of the facility provide options for further extension. Additional advantages to the investor include the proximity of the motorway and access to a qualified labour pool. Thanks to Panattoni Europe’s experience, the pre-construction process ran very smoothly, and the development of the entire facility was scheduled to take about 6 months.
The investment for IFA Rotorion was executed on a 12.6 ha site in Ujazd, at the Katowice Special Economic Zone.
