The BTS Leroy Merlin facility, with its strategic location, serves as a nationwide logistics centre. The facility boasts 63 docks and 6 drive-in gates, with ground level entry and non-standard dimensions of drive-in gates [4 rn x 4.5 m]. These solutions were introduced to enable the tenant to store oversized goods. Moreover, to meet the tenants' needs, a 6,000 sqm outdoor roofed enclosure was built on the premises to store goods which do not need to be kept indoors, and space was made for press containers.
