Panattoni Park Olsztyn is the developer’s first project in the Warmia- Mazury region. Olsztyn is the biggest city of the region with great social, economic and cultural potential. It is one of the most important economic and academic centres in north-eastern Poland. Its location is particularly advantageous from the point of view of potential economic relations with the Russian Federation and the Baltic States.

Panattoni Park Olsztyn is a project of three A-class warehouse buildings totaling 55,553 sqm and catering to the needs of customers representing various industries. Warehousing and office units can be adapted in a flexible manner to accommodate individual needs. It is suitable for both warehousing and light manufacturing. It features convenient service yards, ground-level gates and LED lighting. The facility meets quality criteria confirmed by BREEAM (Good) certification.

The well-developed road infrastructure, especially direct exit to 'Olsztyn West" junction, makes it easy for employees to commute to the Panattoni facility, while the proximity of tertiary-level schools and well-developed industry ensure access to qualified staff.
