Panattoni Park Goleniów

Panattoni Park Goleniów is another project of the company close to Szczecin which is a response to the increasing interest in the region among investors. The investment is located in the Goleniów Industrial Park by a route assuring comfortable access to the Szczecin- Goleniów Airport.

The logistics centre is composed of three class A warehouse buildings with the total surface area of almost 65,000 m² and corresponds to needs of customers from various sectors. The buildings are provided with unloading docks, “0” level entry gates, large manoeuvring areas and additional parking spaces. The buildings are BREEAM standard certified as Very Good.

Being located close to Szczecin and in particular close to the A6 motorway, the project assures comfortable access to the most important cities in Poland and Germany, including Berlin which is close by. The city of Szczecin operates direct railway connections to the largest cities in Europe and the seaport of Szczecin-Świnoujście which along with Świnoujście make up one of the largest port complexes in the region.
