Tom Bonants has joined the Panattoni Netherlands team as Business Development Manager on 1st April. In his new role, Tom focuses, among other things, on the acquisition, completion and commercialization of land positions and on assisting end users during the realization of our projects. Tim Stoffelen has joined the Panattoni Netherlands team as Business Development Manager on 1st September. In his new role, Tim will be responsible for contacts with industrial and logistics customers in order to translate their wishes and requirements into built to suit projects. He will also manage the rental of speculative developments in collaboration with Panattoni's project partners and acquire new land positions.

The new distribution centre of approximately 40,000 sqm’s will be realised on a 6-hectare redevelopment plot at the Ringdijk in Ridderkerk, South Rotterdam.

Eelco Verweij joined the team of Panattoni Netherlands on 18 May as Director Technical Development. In his new role, Verweij is the coordinator of contacts with the public sector, contractors, architects, engineering and other technical consultancy companies. His focus area during the project development process is monitoring the technical feasibility study of acquisitions, the integration of projects into zoning plans, the realization of the design, engineering, planning, budget and supervision of the construction process.
