The modern project development is being built in Knüllwald, in the e-commerce logistics region of Kassel. On a property area of approx. 80.753 sqm of 8.383 sqm of logistics space and 1.531 sqm of office and social space will be created. In the intermunicipal industrial area with existing infrastructure, the logistics property has a direct connection to the A7 motorway. The project is developed for the online mail order company Amazon as a distribution center. The logistics property is scheduled for completion at the end of 2020.
