Im Oktober 2017 hat der Projektentwickler Panattoni Europe die Bauarbeiten in Falkensee bei Berlin aufgenommen, um eine Logistikanlage für die BLG LOGISTICS GROUP zu errichten. Die Fertigstellung ist für Mai 2018 geplant. Das neue Logistikzentrum dient insbesondere zur Versorgung der Produktion des Gasturbinenwerks Berlin in Berlin-Moabit und seinem Außenstandort in Berlin Siemensstadt. In direkter Nachbarschaft zum Neubau übernimmt BLG bereits seit 2014 die Werksversorgung für diverse namhafte Industriekunden.

Grundsteinlegung im Mai – Einweihung im November: Innerhalb von wenigen Monaten stellte der Logistikimmobilien-Entwickler Panattoni zusammen mit der Noerpel-Gruppe ein neues Logistikzentrum im niedersächsischen Elsdorf fertig. Mit 43.0000 Quadratmetern Gesamtfläche entstand im LogIn Park Elsdorf, direkt an der A1 zwischen Hamburg und Bremen, der größte Einzelstandort des Logistikunternehmens Noerpel.

Die Rhenus-Gruppe, ein weltweit operierender Logistikdienstleister, hat nun die gesamte Fläche eines Neubaus des Projektentwicklers Panattoni Europe mit 120.000 m² im Industriepark Rurtal bei Hückelhoven angemietet. Rhenus wird einen Standort für Kunden aus Industrie und Handel eröffnen und erweitert somit das bestehende Standortnetzwerk an Multi User Anlagen im Bereich Warehousing Solutions.

Der Projektentwickler Panattoni Europe entwickelt in Alfdorf bei Stuttgart auf einer Grundstücksfläche von 27.307 m² ein Logistikzentrum mit 13.696 m² Lager- und 672m² Bürofläche für den Automobilzulieferer ZF. Die ZF-Tochter TRW Automotive GmbH stellt Insassenschutzsysteme für die Automobilindustrie her. Die Gesamtinvestitionskosten belaufen sich auf rund 13 Millionen Euro. Die logistische Abwicklung vor Ort übernimmt die Lakner Spedition + Logistik GmbH & Co. KG für TRW Automotive.
