Panattoni Park Opole to be developed, covering nearly 49k sqm

Panattoni Europe, leader of the industrial space market in Europe, is opening another market in the south-west of Poland, announcing development of Panattoni Park Opole. The project, with the scheduled area of nearly 48,600 sqm, will be developed within the city limits and will be dedicated to multiple tenants. The launch of construction is scheduled for Q2 2019.

If not the Upper and Lower Silesia, then what? Opole and the most recent project by Panattoni Europe. This real estate developer is going to execute its first distribution center in the region, specifically Panattoni Park Opole, with the area of nearly 48,600 sqm, planned in the form of two buildings. The project will be dedicated to multiple tenants and will be developed within the city limits, directly at the A4 motorway, mid-way between Katowice and Wrocław, which are among the most critical locations for the industrial property sector. Project commencement is envisaged in the second quarter of the year.

Panattoni Park Opole is not the company’s first project in the region. The company has already marked its presence with such projects as the Polaris Industries factory in Opole, operated by a U.S.-based manufacturer of all-terrain vehicles, or another manufacturing site located in Opole, ordered by Skamol A/S, a Danish manufacturer of thermal improvement and thermal insulation systems for industry and construction. Macicej Madejak, Managing Director, Panattoni Europe, comments on the project: ‘Panattoni Europe’s current presence in the region enabled us to investigate the market and its potential; therefore, I truly believe that Opole is the perfect location, particularly for businesses that seek an alternative for Katowice and Wrocław’, adding the following: ‘This region offers exquisite conditions for business development, above average availability of human resources, and - obviously - the uniquely developed transport infrastructure.’

The perfect location of Panattoni Park Opole is certainly one of the key advantages of this project, ensuring quick and efficient logistics. The project will be located at ul. Partyzancka, right next to A4 motorway that links the Western and Eastern Europe together, near Piastowska ring road, in the vicinity of the Wałbrzych Special Economic Zone. Moreover, the project location offers convenient transport connections with three international airports and perfect accessibility of public transport - there are city bus stops directly adjacent to the park.
