Panattoni Europe, Poland’s market leader in industrial real estate, is to build another facility for DSV Solutions. From there, the company will carry out logistics operations for the food concern Mondelēz International. The warehouse with nearly 8,000 sqm is under construction in Skarbimierz, at the Wałbrzych Special Economic Zone. The cornerstone ceremony has taken place today, and scheduled completion of the project is anticipated in April 2020. The transaction was mediated by JLL.

A unique logistics building excelling in technologies and multifunctional structure has been built at Panattoni Park Prague Airport II near Pavlov in Central Bohemia. The industrial zone developer Panattoni has handed it over to the Czech-Slovak company ViaPharma, which provides distribution to the Dr. Max network of pharmacies. The team has been joined by Michał Stanisławski, taking on a new position of Director Capital Markets Poland. Among other tasks, he will be responsible for managing investor relations, including raising capital for the developer’s dynamically growing investment projects in the country.

The developer was recognised for the development of the 210,000-square-metre BTS facility in Gliwice. Panattoni Europe, industrial real estate leader in Europe, has completed the construction of a factory for Kitron, the Scandinavian electronics manufacturing services company. The plant was delivered in the BTS formula in Grudziądz at the Pomeranian Special Economic Zone. By the end of 2020, it will provide jobs to 150 people.
