Panattoni is developing a new logistics center for C.E. Noerpel. The project development will be carried out with approx. 22.811 sqm warehouse, approx. 1.043 sqm of office space and approx. 1.813 sqm of mezzanine space realized in Heidenheim. The location, which is important for the industry, is characterised by its ideal connection to the longest motorway in Germany, the A7. Completion is planned for the end of 2020.
