Construction of the project was launched in Spring 2012 when Lear Corporation, a leading global supplier of automotive seating and electrical power management systems, chose Panattoni to develop its new facility. The construction is now completed.
The 30.000 sqm project is located in the Hansalinie Park of Bremen, a logistics and industrial park approximately eight kilometers south of the Bremen city center and immediately adjacent to the A1 motorway. From the project, the Bremen International Airport can be reached within 10 kilometers, the Port of Bremen within 15 kilometers and the Port of Bremerhaven within 80 kilometers.
