Panattoni developed a logistics property for Quip AG with an area of 12,096 m², therefrom approx. 10,816 m² warehouse area and approx. 1,280 m² office area, in the Business Parc Alsdorf near Aachen. The completion and first-time operation took place in the second quarter of 2017. Quip AG, headquartered in Baesweiler, according to whose individual requierements the facility was designed and constructed, rented this logistics hall on a long-term basis.
