Panattoni, the leading European industrial developer, has been singled out with Robert Dobrzycki being chosen as the Person of the Decade during the evening of the Prime Property Prize 2020 gala. Panattoni, the leading European industrial developer, is to enlarge Panattoni Park Tychy, primarily to make room for the expansion of Regesta in the complex. In the Rembertów district, construction has begun on City Logistics Warsaw V with a total area of over 11,000 sqm. The building is dedicated to Warsaw logistics and has been built with Small Business Unit modules with a minimum size of 1,080 sqm. The work is to be completed in Q2 2021.

Tim Stoffelen has joined the Panattoni Netherlands team as Business Development Manager on 1st September. In his new role, Tim will be responsible for contacts with industrial and logistics customers in order to translate their wishes and requirements into built to suit projects. He will also manage the rental of speculative developments in collaboration with Panattoni's project partners and acquire new land positions.

Panattoni, the leader in industrial space in Europe, is to build a production plant of 40,000 sqm in Kalisz. The tenant is a leading German producer of industrial equipment. The BTS project is to be completed in the third quarter of 2021. As a result, the tenant will increase its production capacity in Poland and double its staffing levels by eventually employing around 650 people.

Two important business players enter the strategically well-located multimodal Panattoni logistic park near Brno Airport. The modern sustainable hall with an area of 9,500 sqm aspiring to the sustainability certification BREEAM "Excellent" will be used by Coca-Cola HBC and Zásilkovna.

Panattoni, the leader in industrial real estate in Europe, has begun construction work on a new distribution building in Panattoni Park Poznań IX. Rhenus Logistics S.A. – part of the Rhenus Group – is to take up 18,000 sqm. The building will be ready for use from June next year.

Leading logistics operator PEKAES is to take up 11,500 sqm with a further 4,000 sqm secured for its future expansion.
