European industrial real estate market leader Panattoni has become a partner of the Responsible Business Forum (Forum Odpowiedzialnego Biznesu) – the largest organisation in Poland for the promotion of sustainable development. Panattoni has been developing its green construction services for many years, supporting local communities and cooperating with non-governmental organisations. The company is at the forefront of these positive changes in the industrial real estate sector.

European industrial real estate market leader Panattoni has started the construction of the first Polish logistics centre for Hermes Fulfilment. The investment is being built in Iłowa in Western Poland. The 150,000 sqm project will be one of Hermes’ largest hubs in Europe and is to provide employment for around 1,900 people. The company is planning to open the centre by the end of 2023 following an investment of around EUR 300 million.

European industrial real estate market leader Panattoni is developing another complex in the Kraków region – Panattoni Park Kraków North, with an area of 55,000 sqm. European industrial real estate leader Panattoni has become the official sponsor of Adrian Meronk, Poland’s highest-ranked golfer. The sponsorship is aimed at supporting the international career of the player, as well as promoting golf in Poland – a sport that is played by almost 80 million enthusiasts across the world. This is Panattoni’s latest investment in Polish sport, which has so far included sponsoring football clubs and academies as well as a basketball team.

European industrial real estate market leader Panattoni is close to completing its latest project for Poczta Polska S.A. The Polish postal service already leases space provided by the developer in Białystok, but it will now also be occupying almost 4,500 sqm in Panattoni Park Kalisz, as the construction of the first-class A logistics park in the second largest city in Wielkopolska province moves closer to completion.

European industrial real estate market leader Panattoni is to increase the size of its portfolio in the Lubusz region. The developer is to begin work on Panattoni Park Gorzów II, which should eventually comprise 67,000 sqm in three buildings. The first is to have 36,500 sqm and is to be completed this year. On completion of the project the company's portfolio should comprise more than 700,000 sqm.

European industrial real estate market leader Panattoni has completed a production and business centre for Danfoss Poland. The 13,000 sqm complex of buildings together with its accompanying facilities was completed a year after the launch of construction work. On site, 350 factory workers will run 45 production lines and among other things will make systems to improve the efficiency of refrigeration units used in the food industry. In March, the developer also signed a new contract for the development of an extension of K-Flex’s production campus. This will be its sixth building and is to have an area of 33,000 sqm. Three big players have already leased space in Panattoni Park Toruń II: global logistics operators Dachser and Hellmann Worldwide Logistics Polska as well as a wholesale distributor of FMCG products. The companies will be moving into the complex in Q3 this year. Panattoni has now delivered more than 300,000 sqm in the region.
