Panattoni Europe, market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, is developing a business cluster at the Central European Logistics Hub. On the site of the new project, the developer will deliver Panattoni Appliance Park, featuring 30,000 sqm. The entire complex is dedicated to the suppliers of components for the dishwasher factory of BSH Sprzęt Gospodarstwa Domowego. The completion of construction works at the park is planned for Q1 2020.

The developer has already created its second distribution centre in the Lublin region – Panattoni Park Lublin II featuring more than 62,000 sqm at full build-out. In Wrocław, the developer has completed phase one of City Logistics Wrocław I, with 36,700 sqm built and fully leased, and as of August works are starting on phase two – to deliver an additional 25,000 sqm.
