Panattoni Europe, industrial real estate leader in Europe, has embarked on the development of a warehouse project in the BTO formula for Intersnack Poland, owner of brands such as Felix, Crispers and Przysnacki. The facility featuring in excess of 10,000 sqm will be built in Nysa, next to the existing production plant of the company. Completion of the construction works is planned for March 2019, and the deal was mediated by the advisory agency JLL.

Panattoni Europe, industrial real estate leader in Europe, expands its team. As of 1 September the developer’s organisation will be joined by Maciej Madejak, who will be taking up the position of Managing Director. He will be responsible for developing Panattoni Europe’ City Logistics concept in Poland as well as regional domestic markets, and also for the execution of Big Box projects in Southern Poland.

Panattoni Europe, industrial real estate leader in Europe, has embarked on the construction of City Logistics Warsaw I, planned to total 26,000 sqm. The cornerstone ceremony initiating the project took place on 25 July 2018 and was attended by not only the representatives of the developer and municipal authorities, but also the first tenants – Frisco.pl and KGL Group. Completion of construction works and delivery to the tenants is planned for the coming October.

Panattoni Europe, the leading project developer of industrial and logistics real estate in Europe, has already let half of the available space in the Logistics Park Durmersheim. Construction of the industrial and logistics park on a site of approximately 40,000 square metres south of Karlsruhe was commenced in the first quarter of 2018 without advance letting.

It took Panattoni Europe almost no time to find a lessee for the new facility located near the international Václav Havel airport Prague, while at the same time contributing to the e-commerce hub near D6 highway. ELI, a company incorporated in Netherland, and co-managed by Griffin Real Estate (“GRE”), finalized the acquisition of a portfolio of nine operating logistics parks developed by Panattoni Europe. The value of the deal is around 200 million euro. At the same time, Panattoni Europe jointly with ELI plan to invest circa 800 million EURO to enlarge the newly acquired portfolio into a leading Polish logistic platform. Panattoni Europe, an industrial zone developer, signed contracts with various investors in the first half of this year to build 500,000 sqm of modern industrial space in several Czech regions. The company confirmed its position as the most active industrial developer in the Czech Republic, putting emphasis on revitalizing brownfields, sustainable development and minimizing the use of arable land, which is in line with its capital partners’ requirements.
