Panattoni Europe, market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, has completed the construction of a large-scale logistics centre for BSH Sprzęt Gospodarstwa Domowego. The 79,000-square-metre BTS facility with its own railway siding was delivered in Łódź, at the largest distribution complex in Poland, Central European Logistics Hub. The official opening of the facility took place on 5 April, and the ceremony was attended by representatives of the two companies as well as local and regional authorities.

Panattoni Europe, Poland’s leader in industrial real estate, has completed the construction of a parcel distribution centre for the courier company GLS Poland. The 7,000-square-metre facility was built in Wypędy/Janki near Warsaw and is the company’s largest parcel distribution centre. The new depot will handle on average 80,000 parcels a day, and will give jobs to approx. 150 people. Panattoni Europe, a leading project developer of industrial and logistics real estate, has been awarded a contract by the Volkswagen Group to build a new multi-brand packaging centre for the export of automotive parts. The choice was made for the JadeWeserPort, Wilhelmshaven. Germany’s only deep-water port provides direct links to the mainline rail network and the A 29 motorway.

According to expert opinion, the demand for new logistics real estate continues to be high. The consulting company bulwiengesa recorded an annual growth rate for completed new logistics space of 5.1 percent in the last five years.

Panattoni Europe, Poland’s leader in industrial real estate, is to build a courier delivery distribution centre for DHL Parcel Polska. The cross-docking facility will feature close to 9,000 sqm and will be built in Radzymin. Construction works commenced at the beginning of the year and will be finished in October 2018. The lease was signed for 10 years, and the contract was mediated by the international advisory firm CBRE.

Panattoni Europe, market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, will develop a manufacturing facility for Pilkington IGP. The project will take up more than 10,000 sqm at Panattoni Park Białystok. Production will be launched by early September this year, and at the initial stage of operations the plant will employ approx. 200 people.

Panattoni Europe, Poland’s leader in industrial real estate, is expanding Central European Logistics Hub. The new tenant at the developer’s largest distribution centre is the Media Expert chain, which will take up a facility with approx. 73,300 sqm of space. Construction works will start in Q2 of 2018.
