Panattoni Europe – Poland’s leader in the industrial space market – has again confirmed its position in the industry. During the 15th edition of the CIJ Awards, the developer picked up two titles: Best Warehouse Development & Developer of the Year for its investment for Bombardier Transportation, as well as Best Campaign of the Year for “The human touch of industrial space”. This year’s award gala took place on 9 November at the Westin Hotel in Warsaw.

Panattoni Europe, Poland’s leader in industrial real estate, has won two awards at the CEE Investment & Green Building Awards, organised by EuropaProperty.com. The developer succeeded in two categories: Warehouse Developer and Warehouse Project for the BTS Janki. The awards were presented during a gala ceremony on 27 October 2016 at the InterContinental Hotel, Warsaw.

Panattoni Europe, Poland’s leader in industrial space, confirms its market standing. The developer is working on a project to build a warehouse facility for Amazon totalling 161,500 sqm of space and investment value of 410 million PLN. The cutting-edge fulfilment centre dedicated to e-commerce will be erected in Kołbaskowo, near Szczecin. Completion of the entire investment is planned for September 2017.

Warsaw – Panattoni Europe, Poland’s leader in industrial real estate, is developing a BTS manufacturing project for a German company from the automotive sector, Ideal Automotive. The 19,645-square-metre facility is going up in Zielona Góra at the Kostrzyn-Słubice Special Economic Zone. Commissioning of the building is planned for March 2017. The contract was brokered by the international advisory firm Colliers International.

Chinese company Beijing West Industries (BWI Group) has ceremonially opened a new manufacturing plant at Panattoni Park Cheb. This leading world manufacturer of car components has already installed technology in the new building and has therefore been able to launch the manufacture of shock absorbers for luxury car manufacturers.
