Panattoni Europe has completed a turn-key facility for the client Kion Group at Panattoni Park Stříbro close to exit 107, motorway D5, which forms a perfect connection between the Czech Republic and Germany. Construction of the second production plant within the territory of the Czech Republic was commenced on November last year. The total area of the production hall is 27 000 sqm with the possibility of future expansion up to 50 000 sqm in the same building. Kion Group has selected the Pilsen region for a number of reasons, namely, the client has an existing Linde plant in Aschaffenburg and Linde Pohony in Český Krumlov where it has been producing for over 16 years electrical and for the past four years hydrostatic drive axles for Kion Group.
