The company relocated from its existing premises based in Panattoni Park Prague Airport I. The new logistics premises comprises 23,301 sqm.

The property consists of a cross-dock of 7000 sqm, logistics warehouse with a capacity of 13,000 sqm and 3000 sqm of office space. There is a possibility of further expansion within the same building by up to 35,000 sqm. Panattoni Europe has built a large cross-dock, a hall, which has a span of 45 meters without any columns. It is the only hall of its kind in the Czech Republic, which will be built into the lease.

Freight and logistics company DSV Road will provide its customers from its new headquarters full truck scope of services from international to domestic transportation, logistics services accounting for common storage and sophisticated value-added services. Besides offering special transportation services tailored to customer needs and requirements. Following offices/warehouses were relocated in past months to the new DSV headquarter: Dobrovíz, Horni Pocernice and Ruzyne. The new DSV headquarters employes approx 270.
