Panattoni Park Warszawa-Konotopa III is the developer’s next project in the Warsaw area, undertaken in response to a constantly growing interest in the region from logistics branch of the market.
The developer provides both build-to-suit facilities for clients such as: Neuca, H&M, Raben and Danone, and also multi-let warehouses leased by global brands as: DSV, Henkel, Raben, and Rohlig Suus.
The logistics center comprises three warehouse buildings, with a total space of almost 60,000 sqm. The park is optimally suited to the warehousing requirements of the customers from various business sectors, particularly light manufacturing. It offers warehouse space to both medium-sized and large companies.
