Panattoni, the leading project developer for industrial and logistics real estate in Europe, announces the partial leasing of City Dock Berlin Spandau to the Berlin company TIER Mobility, Europe's leading provider of shared micromobility solutions. TIER has acquired a total floor space – incl. offices – of approx. 3,200 sqm, which is split into two units. They also intend to take on another unit. Handover and start of tenancy are scheduled for 1 December 2021.

Panattoni, Europe’s leading industrial developer, delivered a BTS facility for Weber, US manufacturer of grills and accessories. The approximately 50,000-square-metre manufacturing and distribution hub in Zabrze is Weber's first production plant outside the United States. The facility is certified under BREEAM.

Panattoni, Europe's leading project developer for industrial and logistics real estate in Europe, and DB Schenker, global logistics and transport services provider, celebrated laying the foundation stone for DB Schenker's new land transport centre north-east of Ulm in Herbrechtingen (Baden-Württemberg) on 5 October 2021. Panattoni team is again back on bikes in the real estate charity ride!
