In Wrocław, the developer has completed phase one of City Logistics Wrocław I, with 36,700 sqm built and fully leased, and as of August works are starting on phase two – to deliver an additional 25,000 sqm. The facility was delivered in Stryków, and its implementation was divided into two stages. Panattoni Europe, the leading project developer for industrial and logistics properties in Europe, is working to construct a user-specific hall offering 21,338 m² of logistics space, as well as 1,009 m² of office and social spaces and 636 m² of mezzanine space in accordance with the future tenant’s specific requirements. The project is set for completion by March 2020. Work on the new build will get underway in June 2019 on a 50,000 m² site in Wunstorf near Hannover.
