Panattoni Europe, industrial real estate leader in Europe, expands in Lower Silesia. In the heart of the region, construction works have started on S5 Wrocław North Gate, with 62,000 sqm planned. The first tenant, claiming in excess of 32,500 sqm, is GEFCO Poland – a supplier of integrated logistics services, including contract logistics, expected to move into the park already in early September 2019. The project will comply with the criteria of BREEAM In-Use certification.

The transformation of the former Kavalier glassworks in Hostomice near Teplice into modern industrial premises has successfully passed the environmental impact assessment and received a positive decision within the screening process. Panattoni Europe, industrial real estate leader in Europe, has embarked on the construction of Panattoni Park Warsaw South Janki. The distribution centre planned to total 70,500 sqm has already got its first tenant – ROHLIG SUUS Logistics, which will take up 48,500 sqm. The park will also offer Small Business Units with a minimum size of 900 sqm. Project completion is planned for Q4 2019.

Panattoni Europe, leading developer of industrial space in Europe, is set to deliver its first logistics centre in the Gdynia area – Panattoni Park Tricity North. The 45,000-square-metre project will be built in the vicinity of the Baltic Container Terminal and the Tricity Bypass. Construction works are scheduled to begin in the coming June, and the first tenants will be able to move into the park by early 2020. The facility will meet the requirements of BREEAM certification.

Panattoni Europe, the leading project developer for industrial and logistics properties in Europe, has secured a prime plot of land – measuring around 114,510 m2 and located in AirportPark Leipzig-Halle. Here, the project developer will be building a logistics centre bearing the name Panattoni Park Leipzig Airport by the start of 2021 without pre-letting. The centre will have a total of 51,000 m2 of hall space, roughly 2,000 m2 of office space and about 3,400 m2 of mezzanine space.

Panattoni Europe, industrial real estate leader in Europe, will develop a manufacturing investment for Rockwell Automation. The factory with the planned area of approx. 11,300 sqm will be delivered in Katowice and will be highly automated, based on the latest technologies from Industry 4.0. The development is set to commence in April, and the finalization is scheduled for November 2019.

The project, with the scheduled area of nearly 48,600 sqm, will be developed within the city limits and will be dedicated to multiple tenants. The launch of construction is scheduled for Q2 2019.

Panattoni Europe, market leader in industrial real estate in Poland, is to build another logistics facility for Amazon as the sixth collaboration between the two companies. The e-commerce logistics centre totalling in excess of 44,800 sqm will be delivered in Pawlikowice near Łódź, providing permanent jobs to more than 1000 people. The investment will be executed in line with the requirements of environmental certification under the BREEAM scheme.
