Panattoni Nederland, onderdeel van Panattoni Europe, start met de ontwikkeling van twee ultra moderne logistieke distributiecentra in Roermond

It is present in the most strategic countries for logistics and industry – Germany, the United Kingdom, where it is recognised as the most active developer, as well as the Czech Republic and Slovakia, and now also in the Netherlands, Spain and Portugal.

Panattoni, market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, has completed the development of Panattoni Park Bydgoszcz II. The 36,500-square-metre project was built within the city limits, in an investment area of Bydgoszcz.

Panattoni, market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, has completed the construction of the 8,260-square-metre logistics centre for DSV Solutions in Skarbimierz. The BTS facility is dedicated to handling the logistics of two Mondelēz International production plants in the vicinity – a Chocolate factory and a Gum & Candy factory. The project was delivered at the Wałbrzych Special Economic Zone, and logistics operations at the facility started two weeks early – at the end of April.

The developer’s record-breaking BTS facility for Amazon in Gliwice, with 210,000 sqm across four storeys, has been recognised as the Best Warehouse Development in Central and Eastern Europe in the fifth edition of the HOF Awards organised by the CIJ monthly.

The new façade features predominantly aluminium and glass, with a new colour scheme and larger green areas. The innovative makeover is part of the company’s sustainable development approach, which includes reducing CO2 emissions, employee well-being, environmental stewardship, as well as BREEAM certification of newly built facilities with a VERY GOOD rating.

Panattoni, market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, with another project for DSV Solutions. The logistics operator will take up close to 12,000 sqm at A2 Warsaw Park – the largest warehousing/manufacturing complex in the Warsaw region. The tenant will move into the building next November, after being given early access in July. DSV Solutions will use the leased space to conduct logistics operations for the fashion industry.

Eelco Verweij is per 18 mei toegetreden tot het team van Panattoni Nederland als Directeur Technical Development. In zijn nieuwe rol is Verweij de coordinator van de contacten met de publieke sector, aannemers, architecten, engineering en overige technische consultancy bedrijven. Zijn aandachtsgebieden tijdens het projectontwikkelings-traject zijn het aansturen van het technische haalbaarheidsonderzoek van acquisities, de inpassing van projecten in bestemmingsplanen de realisatie van het ontwerp, engineering, planning, budget en begeleiding van het bouwproces.

Panattoni, market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, will build a dedicated facility for Weber, US manufacturer of grills and accessories. The 50,000-square-metre BTS (built-to-suit) facility will be developed in Zabrze, and the tenant will move in in August 2021.

Panattoni, market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, in a joint venture with DH Capital, finalised the development of Panattoni Appliance Park worth EUR 18 million. The 30,000-square-metre park was delivered at Europe’s largest logistics complex – Central European Logistics Hub.
