The facility’s attractive location, next to the S8 route, will ensure efficient domestic and international transport. There will also be a tram terminal in the direct vicinity of the building. City Logistics Warsaw IV is the sixth City Logistics project in Warsaw.

The logistics operator handles the online sales of one of the leading international companies in the fashion segment. Panattoni Park Poznań IV, after the completion of expansion work, now covers almost 87,000 sqm.

Commercial real estate companies have once again been coming to the aid of hospitals across Poland. Dinners, healthy snacks, pizzas, sandwiches and plates of sushi are being sent to the doctors, nurses, midwives and paramedics working to save lives and safeguard the health of their patients, and who have no time to prepare their own lunch or dinner while on a 24-hour shift.
