Panattoni, the leading project developer for industrial and logistics facilities in Europe, has already managed to rent out all of the facility being developed in Essen harbour on a speculative basis prior to completion of building constructions. The future tenant is the online provider and retailer Euziel International GmbH, headquartered in Remscheid. Euziel will use the facility to store and tranship office and home furniture, pet supplies and other sports and outdoor products.
