Panattoni, the European industrial real estate market leader have sold two warehouse facilities in Łódź to a partnership between Kajima Properties Europe and Savills Investment Management on behalf of its Asian client. The halls, with a total area of almost 145,000 sqm, were built as part of the Central European Logistics Hub.

Panattoni, the market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, has announced another Warsaw development, which is to be built on a 1.9 ha site next to the S7 junction with the S8 expressway just a few kilometres from Warsaw's Chopin Airport. City Logistics Warsaw Airport II will have an area of 9,000 sqm and construction work is to begin in August.

Panattoni, the market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, has leased out 8,000 sqm of space to TW Plast sp. z o. o. in Panattoni Park Mińsk Mazowiecki. The tenant has begun production of medical masks within the complex. Eventually the center is to produce 30 mln masks a month - the equivalent of 1 mln masks a day – as part of a government program run by the Industrial Development Agency.

Panattoni, the leading developer on the European industrial real estate market, has signed its latest lease with Terg, the owner of the Media Expert consumer electronics chain. The tenant is to occupy more than 12,000 sqm at Panattoni Business Center Łódź III in the city’s Widzew district, which it will be taking up in September 2020. Colliers International advised the tenant for this transaction.

The industrial developer Panattoni confirmed its orientation towards the circular economy. Its new 7,800 sqm hall in Cheb will be used by the German company TFS International for sorting and recycling ready-made clothes hangers. While usable hangers will be repacked and returned to the retail network, the rest will go through a shredder to be recycled. Panattoni, market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, and Marvipol have sold two city logistics parks in Warsaw to LaSalle Investment Management. The facilities, totalling nearly 25,000 sqm, were sold for approx. EUR 30 million.
