The tenant will move into the park before the end of April and will use it for e-commerce order fulfilment.

Next to the company’s existing factory near Uniejów, the developer will build a 9,300-square-metre warehouse facility. The investment will commence in mid-2020.

The owner of the chain will take up approx. 13,500 sqm in two of the developer’s locations – 9,338 sqm at Panattoni Park Poznań IV, and 4,179 sqm at City Logistics Łódź II. The tenant will start operations at the new locations as of June and September respectively.
