THE BTS FACILITY FOR INTERMARCHE MADE-TO- MEASURE ACCORDING TO THE REOUIREMENTS OFTHE FMCG SECTOR AND THE COMPANY S DISTRIBUTION PROCESS, BASED ON DELIYERY CONSOLIDATION.
The warehouse space at the Intermarche BTS facility was divided into two main sections. The first section is heated and was tailored to storę dry goods, whereas the other was turned into a 7p600-square-metre cool store, divided into rooms with varied temperatures. In Line with the customers expectations, non-standard Solutions were applied with regard to access ramps and driveways. Another advantage of the investment is that it can be extended up to approx. 40,000 sqm, if the company develops dynamically and an urgent need to expand warehouse space emerges. The facility serves as a logistics centre from where products are distributed to the chains outlets in Southern and south-western Poland.
