Panattoni Europe, industrial real estate leader in Europe, expands its team. As of 1 September the developer’s organisation will be joined by Maciej Madejak, who will be taking up the position of Managing Director. He will be responsible for developing Panattoni Europe’ City Logistics concept in Poland as well as regional domestic markets, and also for the execution of Big Box projects in Southern Poland.

Panattoni Europe, industrial real estate leader in Europe, has embarked on the construction of City Logistics Warsaw I, planned to total 26,000 sqm. The cornerstone ceremony initiating the project took place on 25 July 2018 and was attended by not only the representatives of the developer and municipal authorities, but also the first tenants – Frisco.pl and KGL Group. Completion of construction works and delivery to the tenants is planned for the coming October.

ELI, a company incorporated in Netherland, and co-managed by Griffin Real Estate (“GRE”), finalized the acquisition of a portfolio of nine operating logistics parks developed by Panattoni Europe. The value of the deal is around 200 million euro. At the same time, Panattoni Europe jointly with ELI plan to invest circa 800 million EURO to enlarge the newly acquired portfolio into a leading Polish logistic platform. GRE and Panattoni will co-manage the new venture going onwards.

Panattoni Europe, industrial real estate leader in Europe, nears the finish line with the launch of its fourth logistics centre in Tricity. Panattoni Park Gdańsk IV, with 41,500 sqm planned at full build-out, is only 4 km away from the Port of Gdańsk and the deepwater container terminal DCT Gdańsk, and the first tenants will be able to move into it already in the coming August.

Panattoni Europe, market leader in industrial real estate, commenced the construction of a new distribution centre – Park Warsaw South. The investment was inaugurated by CTDI by symbolically turning the first sod for the construction of its headquarters. The ceremony took place on 14 June, and representatives of the developer, tenants and local authorities took part in it. Completion of this part of the investment is anticipated in February 2019. The lease transaction was mediated by the advisory firm JLL.

Panattoni Europe sells another logistics facility – Panattoni Park Warsaw West V totalling 70,000 sqm. The buyer is a Dutch company, for whom this is the first investment in the Polish warehouse market.

Panattoni Europe, industrial real estate leader in Europe, is developing another warehouse facility for an e-commerce business. This time it is expondo Polska, who will take up 30,000 sqm at Panattoni Park Zielona Góra, currently under development. The tenant will be able to move into the complex already in the coming October.
