Panattoni Europe, market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, sells another logistics facility. The buyer of Panattoni Park Warsaw West VI is the Encore+ fund. The property acquisition transaction was conducted by LaSalle Investment Management ("LaSalle"), a global real estate management company.

Panattoni Europe, market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, is developing a business cluster at the Central European Logistics Hub. On the site of the new project, the developer will deliver Panattoni Appliance Park, featuring 30,000 sqm. The entire complex is dedicated to the suppliers of components for the dishwasher factory of BSH Sprzęt Gospodarstwa Domowego. The completion of construction works at the park is planned for Q1 2020.

Panattoni Europe, industrial real estate leader in Europe, invests in Eastern Poland. The developer has already created its second distribution centre in the Lublin region – Panattoni Park Lublin II featuring more than 62,000 sqm at full build-out. Its first tenant is an automotive enterprise – Varroc Lighting Systems, which will be opening a factory on the leased 25,000 sqm.

On the outskirts of Poznań, the developer is building 90,000 sqm of space across three parks – in Jaryszki (Panattoni Park Poznań VII), Komorniki (Panattoni Park Poznań IV), and Swadzim (Panattoni Park Poznań IX), with 200,000 sqm more planned.

Panattoni Europe, market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, has completed the construction of a 100,000-square-metre distribution center for Castorama Polska. The facility was delivered in Stryków, and its implementation was divided into two stages. The official handover of the center took place on 1 June 2019, followed by a special run around the facility to celebrate project completion on 18 June.
