Panattoni Europe, Poland’s leader in the industrial property market, announces the completion of a manufacturing and warehousing building for STS Acoustics. The facility features close to 9,000 sqm and was built at the Międzyrzecz Industrial Park, in the Lubuskie voivodeship. The lease was signed for 12 years.

Panattoni Europe, Poland’s leader in industrial real estate, will build another BTS facility for H&M, one of the world’s leading fashion companies. The distribution centre spanning over 30,000 sqm will be built in Grodzisk Mazowiecki – construction works are set to start in February 2017. The investment will be certified under the prestigious LEED system, aiming for the Silver rating level.

Panattoni Europe, Poland’s leader in the industrial space market, is developing a warehouse facility for DSV Solutions. The investment spanning nearly 25,000 sqm is being built at Panattoni Park Janki II and will be delivered to the tenant as early as the beginning of August 2017. The lease was mediated by experts from JLL.

The 32,000-square-metre investment is being built in Łódź, and its completion is planned for March 2017. It will be the company’s second central warehouse in Poland, dedicated to serving stationary stores as well as handling online retail.

Panattoni Europe, Europe, Poland’s leader in industrial real estate, is finalising the facility dedicated to Kaufland in Bydgoszcz. About 45,000 sqm of warehouse space with a cold room will be delivered in February 2017. The investment is adjacent to Panattoni Park Bydgoszcz, where the construction of building three with 16,000 sqm is also under way at the moment.

Logistics real estate developer and investor Panattoni Europe has been contracted to develop a new insulation production facility in Heinsberg, North Rhine-Westphalia, for Firestone Building Products, LLC, a leading provider of commercial building products and solutions. The contract documents were signed with the Mayor of the town of Heinsberg, Wolfgang Dieder, in November in the presence of key parties involved.
