Panattoni, Europe’s largest industrial developer, is entering a new market. The company has announced the opening of an office in Hungary, headed by László Kemenes.

European industrial market leader Panattoni has, for the fifth time in a row, taken first place in PropertyEU magazine’s Top Logistics Developers ranking. In 2018–2020, the company delivered 6.4 million sqm of warehouse and industrial space to the market. Warsaw – European industrial market leader Panattoni has completed the construction of a BTS facility for Animex Foods, the largest food producer and exporter of meat in Poland. The modern building, with an area of 10,153 sqm, has been developed near Ostróda in the Warmian-Masurian province and meets extremely high standards in terms of food storage.

European industrial real estate leader Panattoni has started its latest development in Lower Silesia. Work has begun on the construction of Panattoni Park Wrocław West Gate, which will eventually have an area of around 47,000 sqm. The project is less than 10 km from Wrocław Airport and just over 10 km from the Wrocław Motorway Bypass. The park’s first tenant will be Schumacher Packaging – a producer of cardboard packaging (including corrugated), which in September is to occupy 5,670 sqm.

Leading European industrial developer Panattoni can now announce the largest lease in the CEP (courier, express and parcel) sector. The developer is to provide InPost with warehouses in eight locations with a total area of 75,500 sqm. The centres are to be built this year.
