Panattoni Europe chosen as Industrial Developer of the Year out of 12 companies! The jury of this year’s edition of the prestigious CEE Quality Awards (CEEQA) 2018 decided to award the company its sixth Industrial Developer of the Year title.

Panattoni Europe, market leader in industrial real estate, will develop its third manufacturing facility for IDEAL AUTOMOTIVE. This time, the factory will be built in Świdnica, at the Wałbrzych Special Economic Zone Invest-Park, and will take up approx. 27,400 sqm. Construction works will commence as early as this April, and are scheduled for completion in Q4 of this year. The lease was mediated by the advisory firm Colliers International.

Panattoni Europe, market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, will build the main warehouse for Leroy Merlin in Central Poland, Łódź voivodeship. The facility will exceed 123,600 sqm at ground level, which makes it a record-breaking project in the Polish warehouse market. Construction works are scheduled to begin already in Q2 of this year, and are expected to end in Q4 2019. The facility will undergo the BREEAM environmental certification process aiming for a Good rating.

Panattoni Europe, European leader in industrial real estate, has completed the construction of two warehousing facilities with a total area of approximately 42,500 sqm for Raben Logistics Poland. The logistics’ new branch was built as a part of Panattoni Park Grodzisk III and is adapted to store approx. 50,000 pallets. Panattoni Europe, market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, has completed the construction of a large-scale logistics centre for BSH Sprzęt Gospodarstwa Domowego. The 79,000-square-metre BTS facility with its own railway siding was delivered in Łódź, at the largest distribution complex in Poland, Central European Logistics Hub. The official opening of the facility took place on 5 April, and the ceremony was attended by representatives of the two companies as well as local and regional authorities.

Panattoni Europe, Poland’s leader in industrial real estate, has completed the construction of a parcel distribution centre for the courier company GLS Poland. The 7,000-square-metre facility was built in Wypędy/Janki near Warsaw and is the company’s largest parcel distribution centre. The new depot will handle on average 80,000 parcels a day, and will give jobs to approx. 150 people. Panattoni Europe, ein führender Projektentwickler von Industrie- und Logistikimmobilien, hat den Zuschlag des Volkswagen-Konzerns erhalten, ein neues Mehrmarken-Verpackungszentrum für den Export von Autoteilen zu errichten. Standort ist der JadeWeserPort in Wilhelmshaven. Der einzige Tiefseehafen Deutschlands verfügt über eine direkte Anbindung an die Bahn sowie an die Autobahn A 29.

Panattoni Europe, Poland’s leader in industrial real estate, is to build a courier delivery distribution centre for DHL Parcel Polska. The cross-docking facility will feature close to 9,000 sqm and will be built in Radzymin. Construction works commenced at the beginning of the year and will be finished in October 2018. The lease was signed for 10 years, and the contract was mediated by the international advisory firm CBRE.

Panattoni Europe, market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, will develop a manufacturing facility for Pilkington IGP. The project will take up more than 10,000 sqm at Panattoni Park Białystok. Production will be launched by early September this year, and at the initial stage of operations the plant will employ approx. 200 people.

Panattoni Europe, Poland’s leader in industrial real estate, is expanding Central European Logistics Hub. The new tenant at the developer’s largest distribution centre is the Media Expert chain, which will take up a facility with approx. 73,300 sqm of space. Construction works will start in Q2 of 2018.
