Panattoni Europe, leader of industrial property development in Poland, informs: Bulwiengesa presented an evaluation of development work in the area of modern logistics properties as part of the study “Logistics and Real Estate 2017”. The ranking refers to completions by project developers, including the pipeline in Germany. In this context, Panattoni Europe takes first place in 2017 with 231,500 square meters of developed space.

Panattoni Europe, leader of industrial property development in Poland, hereby informs that a contract has been signed with VIVE Group. The object of contract is the lease of approx. 26,200 sq.m modern distribution & logistics space at the real property developer’s new project being pursued as Panattoni Park Kielce. Civil works are going to commence at the turn of the year, and the completion is envisaged for August 2018. The agent in the transaction was Axi Immo, a consulting agency.

Panattoni Europe, Poland’s leader in industrial real estate, has completed a BTS manufacturing project for a German company from the automotive sector, Ideal Automotive. The 19,645-square-metre facility was built in Zielona Góra at the Kostrzyn-Słubice Special Economic Zone. The building was officially opened on 7 September 2017.

After completion of the second part of the construction in Panattoni Park Cheb, Tchibo has opened an expanded distribution centre for its e-shop. The rentable space increased from 39,000 m2 to 73,000 m2. Panattoni Europe, Poland’s leader in the industrial property market, has embarked on the project to build the central warehouse for the building and home design retail chain, OBI. The BTS facility with close to 50,700 sqm will be delivered near Łódź, in the Nowosolna commune. Its development has been divided into two stages – with the first one scheduled for completion in November 2017.

Panattoni Europe, leader of the industrial property market in Poland, launched the courier parcel distribution center project for GLS Poland. This cross-dock facility will cover approx. 7,600 sqm and is being developed in the BTS and BTO formula in Janki near Warsaw. Execution of the project officially commenced on 20 July and the actual project start-up is scheduled for February 2018.
