Tenant´s prize - The Best Logistics Park 2013 goes to Panattoni Europe team for a third time.  Industrial developer Pannatoni Europe retained its victory in the competition Tenant´s prize - The Best Logistics Park with its project Airport Logistic Park. This park became the first in the last five years to retain its victory.

Panattoni Europe, Poland's leader in the industrial space market, is extending Panattoni Park Kraków by more than 3,400 sqm. The newly built extra space will be leased by a current tenant - ROHLIG SUUS Logistics, which will occupy more than 6,900 sqm at the park. Panattoni Europe, Poland's leader in the industrial space market, announces lease contract extensions accounting for nearly 30,000 sqm. Panattoni Europe, Poland's leader in the industrial space market, has signed three lease contracts at Panattoni Park Pruszków, for more than 13,800 sqm in total. Two companies have extended their contracts: DSV Road and JAS FBG S.A., the latter of which has leased an additional 1,800 sqm. Panattoni Europe, leader in the industrial space market, has signed a new lease contract at Panattoni Park Łódź East. A 3,600-square-metre space has been leased by Pall-Ex Polska, an international palletised freight distribution network entering the Polish market.
