European industrial real estate leader Panattoni has started its latest development in Lower Silesia. Work has begun on the construction of Panattoni Park Wrocław West Gate, which will eventually have an area of around 47,000 sqm. The project is less than 10 km from Wrocław Airport and just over 10 km from the Wrocław Motorway Bypass. The park’s first tenant will be Schumacher Packaging – a producer of cardboard packaging (including corrugated), which in September is to occupy 5,670 sqm.

The 38,000 m2 building is now occupied by Marmon Foodservice Manufacturing, a leading manufacturer of refrigeration equipment for gastronomy with a 70-year tradition. Marmon moves its production from Germany and due to Brexit from Great Britain as well to a strategically located and excellently technologically equipped park and joins love brands such as Coca Cola, Zásilkovna, Sinclair, and Okay. The new premises were built by the developer Panattoni.
