A group of biggest commercial property market leaders are supporting the personnel of 11 hospitals and medical centres across Poland through daily deliveries of meals. The #property4heroes initiative is an expression of gratitude from developers, investors and property owners for the hard work of physicians, nurses, supporting personnel and paramedics.

Panattoni, market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, earns another BREEAM International New Construction certification with a Very Good rating. The new endorsement was awarded to the developer’s 60,000-square-metre project for Amazon in Okmiany near Bolesławiec. The facility was recognised for its features, including the water system which obtained the highest possible score.

Panattoni, market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, looks back on Q1 2020. The developer signed leases for more than 426,000 sqm, of which 207,000 sqm were taken up in March alone. There were 1,051,777 sqm under development, and since the beginning of its European operations Panattoni has delivered 10 million square metres, with 7.6 million of that in Poland.

Panattoni, market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, is extending a production plant making specialised telecommunications systems at Panattoni Park Szczecin I. Next to the existing 32,000 sqm, the developer will build a further 24,000 sqm. As a result, this June the logistics and industrial complex will be 80 per cent completed, and by year-end Panattoni intends to embark on the construction of the final 42,000-square-metre phase of the park, completing the entire project planned to total 220,700 sqm.

Panattoni, market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, reveals another deal. The developer has leased approx. 13,400 sqm to VS Transport at Panattoni Park Wrocław VII. The tenant will be moving into the complex this April, and the developer is announcing the construction of a further 38,000 sqm at the same location.

Panattoni, industrial real estate market leader in Europe, has leased out 35,000 sqm at Panattoni Park Gliwice III. As a result, another Panattoni distribution centre is now fully commercialised. The tenant will move into the park before the end of April and will use it for e-commerce order fulfilment.

Panattoni, market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, will deliver another project for K-FLEX, a leading manufacturer of thermal and acoustic insulation materials. Next to the company’s existing factory near Uniejów, the developer will build a 9,300-square-metre warehouse facility. The investment will commence in mid-2020.

Panattoni, market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, invests again in the Warsaw area. The planned Panattoni A2 East Warsaw Park will total 80,000 sqm of space. One of the first tenants – a well-known logistics operator – set to move in as soon as Q3 2020.

Panattoni, market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, has started building a distribution center for a manufacturer of sportswear and accessories. The BTS facility with an area of over 67 000 sqm is under construction in Czeladź - completion of phase one is planned for H1 2021.

Panattoni, market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, has leased 3,300 sqm at Central European Logistics HUB to Langowski Logistics. The HUB will be used by the TSL operator as a reloading warehouse on the New Silk Road. The tenant was represented in the negotiations by the advisory firm Cresa.
