Panattoni Europe, industrial real estate leader in Europe, has won the award for “Investment of the Year: Warehouse and Logistics Space Market” in the 8th edition of Prime Property Prize contest. The developer was recognised for the development of the 210,000-square-metre BTS facility in Gliwice. The building consists of four functional storeys and its entire space is dedicated to handling e-commerce operations. The award was presented on 12 September, during the gala accompanying the Property Forum.

Panattoni Europe, industrial real estate leader in Europe, has completed the construction of a factory for Kitron, the Scandinavian electronics manufacturing services company. Panattoni Europe, market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, will deliver a BTS facility for Linde, a leading provider of intralogistics solutions in Europe. The company will use its new production and warehouse hall, featuring close to 44,000 sqm, to make forklifts. The building will be two minutes’ drive from the German border – in Kołbaskowo near Szczecin. The development will start this year. Panattoni Europe, industrial real estate leader in Europe, recognises the growth potential of the Kujawy-Pomerania region and develops another park there – Panattoni Park Bydgoszcz II. The project featuring in excess of 40,000 sqm of useful floor area lies just 3 km from the city’s bypass, and 5.3 km from the city centre. The construction of the new park is set to commence in September, and the first tenants will be able to move in in Q1 2020.

Right next to the A1 motorway, the developer will create Panattoni Park Pruszcz Gdański featuring 75,600 sqm. Panattoni Europe, market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, has completed the construction of a factory for Hydroline, a leading manufacturer of hydraulic cylinders from Finland. The 13,000-square-metre project was delivered in Stargard at the High Technologies Industrial Park and is a prime example of a manufacturing facility relocation project. The production of hydraulic cylinders will get going at full steam already in the coming August.

Panattoni Europe, industrial real estate leader in Europe, embarks on the largest project in the Warsaw region. The new facility, A2 Warsaw Park, will total 102,500 sqm of space and will be located next to the Grodzisk Mazowiecki Junction and the A2 motorway. The first tenant has already been secured – Raben Logistics Polska, taking up 30 per cent of the space. Project completion is planned for Q1 of 2020.
