Panattoni Europe, market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, has delivered a factory which will make glass units and metal racks for glass for Pilkington IGP. The manufacturing plant was built at Panattoni Park Białystok, taking up 10,000 sqm. It is the second joint project for Pilkington IGP and Panattoni Europe.

Panattoni Europe, market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, announces the development of Panattoni Park Gorzów Wielkopolski. The project planned to exceed 69,000 sqm will be launched in the coming August.

To date, 250,000 sqm have been completed and a further 160,000 sqm are under development. Thanks to the Hub, the New Industrial District of Łódź is emerging, with potential for 7,000 jobs.

This time, the developer has embarked on the construction of Panattoni Park Silesia South in Bieruń, 7 km from the centre of Tychy. The project will total 73,000 sqm, and its first tenant is Havi Logistics, poised to take up 13,000 sqm. Panattoni Europe, industrial real estate leader in Europe, has signed a deal with ELTEK Poland to deliver a production and warehouse facility in the build-to-own (BTO) formula. The 11,400-square-metre project will be erected in Bielsko-Biała, and is scheduled for handover to the future owner in Q4 2019. ELTEK was advised in the deal by AXI IMMO

Panattoni Europe, industrial real estate leader in Europe, expands in Lower Silesia. In the heart of the region, construction works have started on S5 Wrocław North Gate, with 62,000 sqm planned. The first tenant, claiming in excess of 32,500 sqm, is GEFCO Poland – a supplier of integrated logistics services, including contract logistics, expected to move into the park already in early September 2019. The project will comply with the criteria of BREEAM In-Use certification.

Panattoni Europe, industrial real estate leader in Europe, has embarked on the construction of Panattoni Park Warsaw South Janki. The distribution centre planned to total 70,500 sqm has already got its first tenant – ROHLIG SUUS Logistics, which will take up 48,500 sqm. The park will also offer Small Business Units with a minimum size of 900 sqm. Project completion is planned for Q4 2019.

Panattoni Europe, leading developer of industrial space in Europe, is set to deliver its first logistics centre in the Gdynia area – Panattoni Park Tricity North. The 45,000-square-metre project will be built in the vicinity of the Baltic Container Terminal and the Tricity Bypass. Construction works are scheduled to begin in the coming June, and the first tenants will be able to move into the park by early 2020. The facility will meet the requirements of BREEAM certification.

Panattoni Europe, industrial real estate leader in Europe, will develop a manufacturing investment for Rockwell Automation. The factory with the planned area of approx. 11,300 sqm will be delivered in Katowice and will be highly automated, based on the latest technologies from Industry 4.0. The development is set to commence in April, and the finalization is scheduled for November 2019.

Panattoni Europe, leader of the industrial space market in Europe, is opening another market in the south-west of Poland, announcing development of Panattoni Park Opole. The project, with the scheduled area of nearly 48,600 sqm, will be developed within the city limits and will be dedicated to multiple tenants. The launch of construction is scheduled for Q2 2019.
