Panattoni Europe, market leader in industrial real estate in Poland, is to build another logistics facility for Amazon as the sixth collaboration between the two companies. The e-commerce logistics centre totalling in excess of 44,800 sqm will be delivered in Pawlikowice near Łódź, providing permanent jobs to more than 1000 people. The investment will be executed in line with the requirements of environmental certification under the BREEAM scheme.

Panattoni Europe, the leading industrial space developer in Europe, commences another distribution centre in Upper Silesia. The construction of Panattoni Park Sosnowiec II totaling nearly 80,000 sqm of space has just begun. For the first tenant of the park, ROHLIG SUUS Logistics, a dedicated cross-dock with a high-bay warehouse facility will be delivered, totaling 18 500 sqm. Panattoni Europe, like a true winger, supports the admirable offensive by Łukasz Piszczek and his Foundation to improve the football facilities in Goczałkowice Zdrój, the hometown of the multi-capped Poland international. The developer is the Title Partner with naming rights of the sports complex of Łukasz Piszczek’s Academy Foundation, which will be named Panattoni Arena.

Panattoni Europe, industrial real estate leader in Europe, has started the construction of a factory for Hydroline, a Finnish manufacturer of hydraulic cylinders. The title was awarded by PTWP SA Group – the publisher of Magazyn Gospodarczy Nowy Przemysł and WNP.PL portal – during the Gala concluding the “We Change Polish Industry” Forum. The event took place on 27 February 2019.

Panattoni Europe, market leader in industrial real estate in Europe, increases the supply of warehouse space in Zielona Góra/ Lubuskie. The developer has bought land for new investments and announces the expansion of Panattoni Park Zielona Góra up to in excess of 130,000 sqm, planned in six buildings. At present, close to 75,000 sqm are under construction and over 50,000 sqm more will get under way before the end of Q1 2019.

Panattoni Europe, industrial real estate leader in Europe, returns to Legnica with a new project. The developer has commenced works on the first modern distribution centre in the Legnica area, planned to total in excess of 100,000 sqm. The platform has already secured its first tenant, for whom 23,300 sqm is being delivered in a single building.

Panattoni Europe has engaged in cooperation with Sense Monitoring, the supplier of smart automation and control systems for flat roof surfaces. Their first joint project will be a facility for a leading logistics provider, currently under construction a short distance from Warsaw. The roof surface in excess of 40,000 sqm will be fitted with the Sense S-One system. It will assist facility management in terms of roof structure integrity and help reduce maintenance costs.

European logistics is high on many investors’ wish lists, not least because the online shopping revolution seems to provide a strong structural rationale for backing the sector. The sheer weight of capital and fast-changing nature of distribution networks can make it a challenging space in which to operate, however.
