Panattoni Europe is to develop a new logistics facility for the 21sportsgroup in Ketsch, a municipality in the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region. The 21sportsgroup, a multi-channel sport outfitters company which successfully operates throughout Europe, will be the long-term tenant.

Panattoni Europe, Poland’s leader in industrial real estate, has completed the construction of a modern logistics centre for Decathlon. The 32,000-square-metre investment is based in Łódź and is the company’s second central warehouse in Poland. The facility is dedicated to serving both stationary stores and online sales. The official opening of the facility took place on 13 April, and the ceremony was attended by representatives of both companies as well as municipal authorities.

Panattoni Europe, Poland’s leader in the industrial space market, is to build another distribution centre for Castorama Polska. The project, one of the biggest in Poland, will be delivered in Stryków. Contruction works will commence later this April, and the lease was mediated by experts from JLL.

Panattoni Europe, industrial space market leader, is to build a logistics centre for BSH Sprzęt Gospodarstwa Domowego Sp. z o.o. The 79,000-square-metre facility will be erected in Łódź, within the framework of BTS BSH, and will have its own railway siding. Construction works are planned to begin in the coming May, and the investment is anticipated to be completed in the spring next year.

Panattoni Europe, Poland’s leader in the industrial real estate market, is to build another facility for DSV Solutions. The 25,000-square-metre logistics centre will be erected in Pęcice, as part of Panattoni Park Janki II. The cornerstone ceremony initiating the project took place on 23 March, and completion of the investment is scheduled for July 2017.

Panattoni Europe, industrial property market leader, is not letting up. After a very good 2016 across Europe, with commenced investments totalling 1,233,990 sqm, this year is off to an active start. The developer is currently working on investments for such companies as Amazon, Tchibo, H&M, Raben, Thule and DSV. By early 2018, Panattoni Europe is planning to launch 5 pioneering new markets, a new city logistics product, as well as expand the existing locations.

Panattoni Europe, Poland’s leader in industrial real estate, is developing an investment for Thule Group. The facility featuring 13,500 sqm will be built in Piła, at the Pomeranian Special Economic Zone. The contract was brokered by the international advisory firm Colliers International.

Panattoni Europe, Poland's leader in the industrial property market, announces the completion of an investment for Sanden Manufacturing Poland. The facility features close to 6,5000 sqm and was built in Polkowice, next to the existing manufacturing plant. The lease was signed for 12 years. The opening ceremony of Sanden Logistics Poland - – the first Sanden logistics centre in Europe took place on 21 February 2017.

Panattoni Europe, Poland’s leader in industrial real estate, is developing a fifth logistics centre for Amazon. The new facility featuring 135,000 sqm is being built in Sosnowiec in the region of Upper Silesia. Completion of the project is planned for October 2017.
